2008, May Yvelines Open : two medals with a gold one

Assan Keïta get the victory in -49kg with 3 very good fights. She is a so good fighter.
Yves Lassissi got a bronze medal, beaten by an old acquaintance, because this is his third fight with him and so many lost: Mathias Mazeroi.
Mazeroi was unfortunately unable to fight in the finals after injury caused by this fight.
A positive point for Yves: the gap is narrowing in the scores.
2008, February Senior France Championships

Yves Lassissi has made a good job +84 kg (coached by Andy Nsumbu Lutumba) : he won easily his first fight (7 - 0), and lost the next (8 -1) with Mickaël Borot who is the second french in this category.
This is very positive for Yves who was approched after his last fight for trainings at INSEP with French elite.

We also had the pleasure to see tow old CSG members :
  • Moctar Doumbia (+84kg). He sadly abandoned on injury to his first fight. He was winning 5-2 before his accident, heading towards a likely victory. It is still magic, his technique is impressive.
  • Barbara Laiguillon France Senior Champion in -72kg.
She is always as bright, recall that Barbara has quite exceptional results: she is champion of France without interruption since 2004 (cadet in 2004 and 2005, Junior in 2006 and 2007, Senior this year).
